Rev. Dr. Edmound Teo is the Senior Pastor of International Christian Assembly. He has served in Africa and different parts of Asia before coming to Hong Kong.
His vision and passion is to see the Lord’s Prayer come to fulfillment in this generation. “Making earth more like heaven, and people more like Jesus” is his message. He is widely recognised as a Bible teacher with a strategic leadership, strong apostolic anointing and a pastoral heart. He is also a mentor to pastors and leaders in ICA and believes in raising up home grown leaders. His visionary and servant leadership have been pivotal in bringing ICA to new levels of influence, strength and growth.
God has placed in his heart a mandate to respond to the challenge of the global world by equipping the church to be more global in ministry and mindset. He calls ICA a ‘Glocal’ church that acts locally but impacts globally. He loves Hong Kong and constantly inspires ICA to be a church that gives back to the poor and powerless. ICA’s biennial citywide ‘1 PEOPLE 1 CITY’ charity carnival of which three have been successfully organised so far to celebrate our diversity in the city as well as raise funds for the underprivileged and oppressed, is one of the fruits of his commitment and compassion for Hong Kong.

Rev. Andisit Tiet is one of the Executive Pastors of International Worship Congregation. He also heads the Kingdom Group ministry. He was born in Vietnam and grew up in Hong Kong. He gained his MBA from the University of South Australia, and in 2006 Master of Christian Ministry from EBC HK. He worked in the investment banking industry for more than 20 years before joining as church staff. He is married to Doreen and have a son and a daughter.
He is recognised for his strategic thinking and wisdom, and gives valuable input in the direction of the church. He has a wealth of experience in administration and management. His heart is to go beyond the four walls of ICA to share the good news of the gospel in collaberation with the Christian community. He is passionate about expanding the ministry of the church into the city.
Rev. Dr. Peter Kwon is the Executive Pastor of the Language Congregations, and an Academic Dean of the ICA Academy.
He is a lawyer as well as a pastor, having studied at the Moore Theological College in Sydney. He is married to Cynthia.
He is an evangelist called to break new ground for God’s work. A man of great faith, passion and prayer. He is a great example of Christian in the marketplace and is well respected by many. God is using him in a powerful way at ICA and Hong Kong.
Rev. Betty Chung is one of our campus pastors, overseeing the Bilingual services, and is also serving as the Local Outreach Pastor.
She was born in Hong Kong, but left for Australia at a very young age and came back to Hong Kong to work as an architect in 1992. She has been with ICA since 1998 and was called to full time ministry in 2002. She has a Master of Divinity with Ecclesia Bible College. She is married to Rev Fraun Chung and they have two daughters.
She is recognised for her pastoral giftings and has a passion to minister to children and women. Her preaching encourages and challenges. It is her desire that people can experience and encounter God and be transformed by the power of our living God.
Rev. Dr. Hilda Lo Hendricks is the Assistant Ministry Director of ICA Cell & Empowerment Ministry. She also leads the Faith Development ministry (former Adult Education) and Care Counselling Centre. She was born in Hong Kong, received a B. Th. from Evangel Seminary (Hong Kong), did her M.A. in Ed. Min. at Wheaton Graduate School, IL, USA, another M.A.in Counseling, Licensure track, and D.Min. in Marriage and Family Counseling at Denver Seminary, USA. She is a USA National Certified Counsellor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC, CO, USA). She was providing counselling services to clergy, seminarians and cases referred by churches before joining ICA. Dr Lo is also a sought-after speaker for clergy and counselling seminars and is recognised for her counselling skills. She provides valuable input in the pastoral ministry of the church and is passionate about expanding the ministry of the church in the city. She is married to William Hendricks.
Pastor John Binon was born and raised in India and acquired his M.Phil. in Physical Education and Sports in 2005. After he worked as a Physical Education Director in Chennai, India for five years, he moved to Hong Kong with his wife Niran in 2010. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Theology.
He has been serving in different ministries since 2011 and is currently the administrative manager and also assists the senior pastor at ICA. He and his wife Niran have been leading ICA – International Filipino congregation which meets at ICA Wan Chai facility on Sundays.
He is a man of prayer and action. His calling is to reach out to people for Jesus with a Kingdom love, compassion and care. He loves playing soccer and watching track and field. He hopes to watch the English premier league and Olympics in person someday.
Josh Pettigrew is a Worship Pastor and Sub-Congregation Pastor at ICA. He’s happily married to Esther and has 2 beautiful daughters.
Born to missionary parents, Josh was raised in Hong Kong and has been part of ICA since he was 14. His faith deepened through worship, community, and mentorship during his formative years at ICA.
After attending ministry school in California, Josh felt the call to return to ICA to see God impact lives as God impacted his. Since then, he has enjoyed seeing generations experience God through worship, discipleship, and supernatural ministry. Josh loves leading people into a life that is centered around the Presence of God and deep connection as the Family of God
In his free time, he loves cooking, weightlifting, and making a good cup of coffee.
Pastor Ken Goh has been part of ICA since 1995. After completing his undergraduate degree, he studied at a graduate school of theology. Following his studies, he served as a church worker and subsequently as a counsellor in Singapore. He later joined a major Christian community service organization in Sydney engaged in providing telephone crisis support and suicide prevention service. He has served as co-ordinator at a Christian College in Sydney, where he helped launch a new graduate program in counselling. After he moved to Hong Kong, he has worked in the marketplace for publicly held multinational companies.In 2019, he joined ICA as staff.
Pastor Lindy Heung-Shea joined the ICA family in 1994, her very first church, and since then has served as a counselor, cell group leader, and zone pastor for 13 years.
Pastor Lindy is the Assistant Director of ICA Cells & Empowerment Ministry. She heads three ministries that serve the broader citywide community: ICA Healing Rooms, Encounter Inner Healing Ministry, the Hong Kong School of Supernatural Ministry. As the Founder and Principal of HKSSM, she built the school from the ground up and is responsible for daily operations and long-term vision.
Pastor Lindy ran her own successful fashion business for 20 years while deeply integrating her role as a spiritual mentor and counselor into her workplace and cell group ministries. She has mentored men and women that have become church and business leaders today.
Her calling and passion is to help people embrace their true identity and position in Christ and grow into greater intimacy with God. Her vision for ministry is to see people rising up and overcoming hurdles by knowing the depth of God’s love for them and becoming the person who God intended them to be. She believes we are all called to be history-makers and world-changers.
Rev. Mo Kwan Tong is the assistant pastor to the Chai Wan Campus Pastor and is pastor of the International Worship Service at Chai Wan. She was born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada. She previously worked for a trading company in France. She also assists and minister to the needs of members with funeral services and Hospital Care visit.
Pastor Arianto Ishak is from Indonesia and graduated from Tarumanagara University with a degree in architecture. He came to Hong Kong in 1999 and had worked for a construction company and began attending ICA in 1999. He became a member of the church’s staff in 2006.
He is enjoying the gift from God in preaching and teaching and helping members of the congregation to understand and know what they believe in. He also enjoys leading worship with a passion that seeks to experience the presence of God and encounter the power of the Creator.
He is married to Nurul Kosasih and they have two sons, Jonathan and Marco.
Rev. Cynthia Kwon is the lead pastor of ICA Admiralty English Congregation and she also oversees ICA’s language congregations.
She grew up in Sydney, and has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Ecclesia Bible Seminary. She used to work for a US investment bank and a British insurance company as head of finance.
Pastor Cynthia is actively involved in cross-cultural outreaches. She has helped people to encounter God and be transformed by the power of God. A gifted teacher, she is passionate about exhorting and equipping people in the Word of God to fulfil their calling in advancing the Kingdom of God.
Rev. Dr. Fraun Chungwas born in Hong Kong. After he earned his bachelor degree in Social Work, he launched a church planting project in Tuen Mun reaching out to the youth and schools in that area. In 2008, he started to serve at ICA and has been heading the Cantonese Congregation since 2011.
His passion is to see earth more like heaven, people more like Jesus. Recently, he finished his doctoral study in the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, MO, with an emphasis in the field of missional leadership.
He is married to Betty and they have two daughters. He likes Gundam, the Lakers, all kinds of music and food.
Rev. Osman De Alwis is born in Sri Lanka and has led the congregation since 1997. He was involved in pastoral and church planting activities before coming to Hong Kong. Rev Osman graduated from the Sri Lankan Bible College. He is married to Naomi and they have three children.
Rev. Osman is recognised for his pastoral giftings and has a special calling to minister to families and youths. He is also an evangelist and has the vision to take the gospel beyond this city.
Pastor So Kam Gee has been serving in Manna Ministry and is currently leading the Cantonese Saturday Congregation.
She was born in HK and was previously a registered social worker. She acquired her Theology degree in Jubilee Ministries and Master of Divinity in Lutheran Theology Seminary HK.
Kam-gee is passionate in serving the poor and reaching out to the lost in the local community. Her heart is to embrace the church and city transformation. She is married to Nick Tsue with 3 children – Justin, Ephraim and Gladys.
Dr. Surachet Thongmun has been serving with the church since 2015. Originally from Thailand, he graduated from Bangkok Bible Seminary with a Master in Divinity. Before coming to Hong Kong, he pastored a church in Bangkok, Thailand. He is married to Wiroonraya.
After getting his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Loie Rajabhat University, he worked as a factory engineer and factory manager for 10 years in Industrials Estate Authorize of Thailand.
Dr. Surachet is recognized for his teaching and pastoral gifting. He has a vision to teach the Thai community so that they can be a blessing to the Hong Kong community. He is a sought-after speaker in Thailand and has a vast network of relationships with the churches there.
Pastor Wiroonraya Thongmun has been serving with the church since 2015. Originally from Thailand, she graduated from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang with a Bachelor in Electronics Engineering, and from Bangkok Bible Seminary with a Master in Christian Study. Before coming to Hong Kong, she was an assistant pastor in Bangkok, Thailand. She is married to Surachet Thongmun.
Pastor Wiroonraya is recognized for her teaching and pastoral gifting. Her vision to teach the Thai community and forth to also be a blessing to the Hong Kong community. She is a sought-after speaker in Thailand and and has a vast network of relationships with the churches there.
Pastor John Yeremia Gurning was born in Indonesia. He graduated from Sebelas Maret University with a degree in Law after which he continued his study for Master of Divinity in Asia Pacific Theological Seminary, the Philippines. Before coming to Hong Kong, he worked as an associate pastor at a church, and was actively involved in youth ministry under Assemblies of God Indonesia.
He has a burden to reach out to the Indonesian Diaspora for Jesus. He is passionate in preaching, teaching, and praying. His vision in ministry is to bring people to encounter God personally, guiding them to build an intimate relationship with Jesus.
He is married to Shilvia Lupita Sari, and they have one son, Moriel Namora Gurning.
Pastor Petrina Lin is the Communications Director and Church Online Pastor, overseeing the communication and creative direction at ICA, as well as ICA’s online campus.
ICA has been her home church since she was a child. She went to the States for further education after which she spent a year with YWAM Singapore. It was there she had a life-changing encounter with God. It changed up her perspective of God and who she is in Him.
In 2012, she joined ICA as staff and it has been quite a journey for her since. She has a heart to see young people empowered and live out their identity in Christ. She is a creative and looks for innovative ways to powerfully communicate God’s truth through different means of media.
She loves to travel the world, explore new cafes and do street photography. She does hand lettering, and is an advocate for Comic Sans to retire as a font.
Pastor Prema Pun was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Nepal, and has been living here since 1997.
She is currently leading the Nepali Congregation Weekday Service which meets at our Wan Chai facility on Wednesdays. She is passionate about evangelism, bringing the gospel to people both locally and globally. Her vision is to bring people to encounter God personally, and together bringing the Kingdom of God to reach communities.
She is married to Kim Prasad Phagami, and has two children, Prajoal and Eva.
Rev. Peter Jung is one of the pastors at ICA. He is a Hong Kong-born Korean who previously worked as a physical education teacher before joining ICA in 2000.
He is married to Holly and they have three children – Faith, Joshua and Olivia. One of the highlights of his life was in 2007, when the whole family went on a two-year mission trip to the Gobi Desert in Mongolia. In 2019, they went on a three-year mission trip to Cyprus and Egypt, where they had a priceless experience witnessing God moving in the lives of the respective communities through sports and church planting.
He is recognised for his passion in sports and community events through his leadership at Sports Chaplaincy HK. He is also gifted in working with children and young people. As a rugby player and coach, and administrator himself, he inspires many people to walk a Kingdom lifestyle and discipleship.
In addition, he is leading the Putonghua congregation and teaching at CAIS as a religious teacher.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Irene Zardilla began her career as a registered midwife and later worked as a government employee at the Population Commission of the Philippines (POPCOM). She never imagined her path would shift from healthcare to ministry, but as it is often said, “when God calls, He opens doors.”
In 1982, Irene came to Hong Kong as an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) with her late husband, Efren. After 11 years, both she and Efren responded to God’s call to full-time ministry and joined ICA in 1994. This marked the beginning of God’s calling being fulfilled in their lives.
Today, Irene serves as the pastor of ICA’s Filipino Services (IFWS) in Wan Chai, overseeing three congregations that gather on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. She is a graduate of the Foursquare Bible College in Hong Kong.
Her vision is to see churches planted across Hong Kong, even from small beginnings, and to share the Gospel so that lives may be transformed and redeemed. Her heart is for people to know Christ deeply and to become more like Him in every area of their lives.
Irene is a mother to her daughter Emmie and son-in-law Milan, and a proud grandmother to three grandchildren: Sophia Grace, Samuel John, and Isaiah Matthew Navarro.
Bosco Poon, also known as B.O.Z (“Born of Zion”), is a Chinese rapper-songwriter. Born in Hong Kong, he moved to Vancouver as a teenager, where his passion for music led him to win a Hip-Hop contest hosted by Warner Music at age 20. By 22, he co-founded the Hip-Hop crew Syndicate and signed with EMI Music Taiwan.
A difficult season in his life led to imprisonment, but it was there that Bosco encountered Jesus and experienced radical transformation. Behind bars, he studied, became a counsellor, and began sharing the gospel with fellow inmates.
After his release, Bosco dedicated himself to serving the community through gospel music and inspirational talks in schools and social events. His testimony has been featured in media outlets across North America and Asia. He later became the Lead Pastor of More Than 12 Church in Vancouver, ministering to nightclub communities.
Today, Bosco serves as the Lead Pastor of Home of Artists HK, reaching out to the entertainment industry across Southeast Asia. He is also the author of Risen From Prison, winner of the “Best New Canadian Manuscript” at the 2019 WORD Awards. In 2022, he spoke at TEDx CUHK, and in 2023, he performed with other Christian artists at the Hong Kong Coliseum, leading 12,000 people in a prayer to receive Jesus.
Originally from Thailand, Thatsanee (Hannah) has been living and serving in Hong Kong since 2005. She currently leads the Thai Kowloon Congregation at ICA.
Her journey has been deeply shaped by a personal encounter with God that transformed her life and restored her marriage into a healthy, resilient relationship. Out of this experience flows her passion for evangelism and discipleship, particularly among Thai individuals working in Hong Kong and those married to foreigners.
Hannah is gifted in teaching and has a heart for strengthening marriages. She regularly counsels and equips couples, helping them build Christ-centred relationships. She also has a strong interest in languages and currently teaches basic Cantonese to families and couples who face communication challenges, using language learning as a bridge to deeper guidance and support in navigating life in Hong Kong.
Her vision is to lead couples into a life-changing encounter with God and to disciple them so that they, in turn, can disciple others.
Hannah is married to Cham Yiu Chuen. She holds a Bachelor of Biblical Studies (U.B.S.) from Thailand Pentecostal Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Bangkok Bible Seminary.

Dr. June Liau sits on the Board of Directors of ICA and is its Hon. Secretary. She also is the Director of the Inreach ministry and leads Powerhouse 4 and Couples’ Powerhouse.
She is a solicitor and is senior partner of a law firm.
She has an MBA with specialisation in leadership and a doctorate with specialisation in leadership and management.
Her book is titled 7 Razor Sharp Principles: Becoming a High Performance Organization amidst Turbulent Times.
