Day 49 Bible Reading: Leviticus 6-7, Mark 3, Psalm 37:1-11 and Proverb 10:3-4 
Civil disobedience or riotous acts will eventually exhaust the resources of legal governance. Mindless subversive acts and challenging attitudes damage society and individuals. Today’s Scripture teaches the importance of unity; we must learn or we will all bear the devastating consequences.

"Lord, may Your presence be in our city. Bless our leaders with integrity and moral goodness. Help us to have the right spirit to follow the rule of law. Thank you that we can be members of a gracious community where we will observe the hierarchal order and be protected by it, and from its orderly structures we may enjoy freedom and safety. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
