You can never please a sinner. So why try and labour on such a pointless task. Instead of fearing that we may upset people and have their anger directed our way when we do right, let’s focus on the way God works.

"Lord, forgive me when I try to please people but forget that You are in total control of every situation. Empower me so I will not fear man but can boldly do the right thing, and trust that You alone are the judge. Also, good will come from righteous deeds. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
