What kind of peace is this our Lord promises? The peace of truth and transparency. The peace of sins forgiven and relationships restored. Peace within, around, and between. He offers the peace of knowing we don’t have to control every detail. The peace of knowing our times and circumstances are in his hands. (I’m feeling better already! How about you?)

"Dear Heavenly Father, my heart rests in your peace today. There are so many conflicts and chaos around us, yet I know there is peace in you. Help me not to just know it in my head, but hold it in my heart and that no trouble or fear remains. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen."
