Day 190 Bible Reading: 1 Chronicles 7-8, Acts 27:1-20, Psalm 7 and Proverb 18:22 
This is one of the seven penitential psalms, the psalmist feels faint, in agony and anguish, worn out from groaning and weeping and surrounded by those who seek his destruction. But worse, his heart troubled with sin. Certainly, right attitudes and repentance open the door of forgiveness. The solution does not rest in self-effort but in God’s mercy and unfailing love. Come closer and talk to Jesus and he will set you free.
