Day 319 Bible Reading: Ezekiel 31-32, Hebrews 12:18-29, Psalm 114 and Proverbs 27:18-20 
Many people gossip about their bosses and show no respect to their seniors. Don’t engage in such practices. We will reap the results of our words or actions. Let us therefore be mindful to protect and safeguard the interests of our elders, as that will bring good consequences to all.
