Day 42 Bible Reading: Exodus 32-33, Matthew 26:69-75, Psalm 33:1-11 and Proverb 8:33-36 
Moses was clearly one of the greatest leaders of all time. And he made specific requests to God to help him lead the Israelites. The first was to ask God to teach him the ways of God. And then Moses asked God for His continual presence with him. In fact, his plea was that only if God’s presence was with him could he lead the Israelites to the Promised Land. Moses knew that the distinguishing mark of the people of God was the presence of God with them. Now we have something that Moses could only dream of – the Kingdom of God within us!
"And he said to him, 'If your presence will not go with me, do not bring us up from here. For how shall it be known that I have found favor in your sight, I and your people? Is it not in your going with us, so that we are distinct, I and your people, from every other people on the face of the earth?'" – Exodus 33:15-16 (English Standard Version)
"Lord, I pray that the Kingdom in me through the Holy Spirit will manifest through me today. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
