Day 45 Bible Reading: Exodus 37-38, Matthew 28:1-10, Psalm 34:11-22 and Proverb 9:9-10 
Very few people are murderers. But our unruly tongue and wayward lips can slash others into pieces and destroy their self-worth within seconds. How do we avoid speaking such evil? Exercise self-control – let not our emotional outbursts form our words. Rather, talk with gentle grace and a mild manner. Acknowledge that I already have the Holy Spirit in me who enables me to do this.
