Day 91 Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 18-20, Luke 9:28-50, Psalm 73 and Proverb 12:10 
The writer of Psalms recognised a slippery condition when he cast his eyes upon the rich, arrogant, healthy, strong, and struggle-free society around him. He was envious and troubled until...he entered the sanctuary of God. It was in this sacred place that he realised that they will perish and this is where God is his strength, refuge, guide, counsel, and portion forever. You are indeed my everything and you only that I am contented and to be called blessed!

"Lord, help me to keep my eyes off men and the wealth and riches of this world. I want my focus to be on you and the life eternal that you will give me. In Jesus' name, Amen."
