Day 140 Bible Reading: 1 Samuel 26-28, John 11:1-44, Psalm 117 and Proverb 15:22-23 
No matter where we find ourselves in life, we will encounter a different perspective on just about everything. In today’s scripture reading, we find a highly emotional event that several characters are in including Jesus. He proclaimed to Martha that he was the resurrection and the life. After Mary spoke to Jesus and he observed the weeping, he was deeply moved in his spirit and greatly troubled. Jesus wept. Jesus is our king, healer, God, he also became human like us. He empathised and wept for his friends. God is relational, he has a deep , emotional and empathetic love for all of us. How about you? How do you view Jesus? Is He the Son of God full of great love or someone who should do signs and miracles? Your answer will reveal the relationship you have with Jesus.
