Day 168 Bible Reading: 1 Kings 18, Acts 11, Psalm 135 and Proverb 17:12-13 
In this short Psalm, the words "Hallelu Yah!" (praise the Lord) are repeated ten times. The psalmist is making his point loud and clear. Praise the Lord! But why do we need to praise Him. The problem is that to praise the Lord, we have to deduct the pride, ambition, self-centeredness that we are so attached to.
When we have watched a good movie, we will tell people. When visiting a restaurant and our taste buds are fascinated by a particular food, we share about the experience with others. How about King Jesus’ great gift of salvation. Are we eager to tell others and bring praise to the name of Christ.

"Jesus, I praise your holy name today. You are great; your wisdom is beyond the stars; your love beyond comprehension; Your power has no equal. Hallelujah ... hallelujah ... hallelujah. Take away whatever stands between me and praise today. Make this day a day of PRAISE! In Your name, Amen."
