Day 175 Bible Reading: 2 Kings 6-7, Acts 15:36-41, Psalm 142 and Proverb 17:24-25 
When people have failures, lose their jobs or businesses or broken relationship, especially men, they don't know how to express their emotions. They don't know how to cry out loud, they cry in their heart and hide. They feel they are the loser, they disappear. David King taught us not to hide, but to express our feeling to God when we are suffering in trouble. Cry out loud to God instead of remaining silent and depressed.
"I cry to you, O Lord; I say, 'You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.' Attend to my cry, for I am brought very low! Deliver me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me!" – Psalm 142:5-6 (English Standard Version)
"Heavenly Father, teach my heart to have a child like faith to cry out to you in confidence and seek refuge in times of overwhelming trials. I trust in your unfailing love. Thank you, Lord, In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."
