Day 177 Bible Reading: 2 Kings 10-11, Acts 17, Psalm 144 and Proverb 17:27-28 
A wise person knows how to restrain his speech. He keeps his cool, and he doesn't speak impulsively. In contrast, the hot-tempered man cannot control his speech. If we talk without thinking, we can hurt people. If you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are a new creation. You have a unique nature, a new DNA of the Kingdom of God. God gives us all spiritual fruits, they are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

"Lord, help me to practice to give my spiritual fruits to others. I want to know how to guard my lips, to not speak in haste. I want to learn how to live a life led by the Spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
