Day 190 Bible Reading: 1 Chronicles 7-8, Acts 27:1-20, Psalm 7 and Proverb 18:22 
This is one of the seven penitential psalms, the psalmist feels faint, in agony and anguish, worn out from groaning and weeping and surrounded by those who seek his destruction. But worse, his heart troubled with sin. Good news is Jesus had done a divine exchange with you. Jesus took your position and gave you his righteousness when you repented and accepted Him as your personal savior. You are a new creation. Jesus, our King, set you free. You are free and wholeness indeed.

"Lord, deliver me from the bondage and forgive my sin. You will not abandon me, and I will see your salvation. In Jesus name, Amen."
