Day 197 Bible Reading: 1 Chronicles 21-22, Romans 3, Psalm 12 and Proverb 19:13-14 
Thousands and thousands of quotes from men are used, and some are more popular and frequently used than quotes from God. Some Christians quoted their pastors' quote more than the quotes from Jesus. Jesus said that "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away." The word of God has power and authority. No word from a man can compare. God's word is a promise and a blessing to us when we believe.
"The words of the Lord are pure words, like silver refined in a furnace on the ground, purified seven times." – Psalm 12:6 (English Standard Version)
"We acknowledge Your loving promises, Lord, and we thank you for protection, love, and assurance. We honour Your Word for we believe it is True and Powerful. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus' name, Amen."
