Day 246 Bible Reading: Ecclesiastes 6-8, 2 Corinthians 6:14-18, Psalm 47 and Proverbs 22:16 
To understand Paul's metaphor, righteousness, and wickedness, light and darkness, Christ and Belial (another name of Satan), what do they have in common. Paul is not trying to limit our options with this advice; he is trying to protect us from disaster! Do not be yoked with unbelievers. Because "Even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you." If the believer can yoke with unbelievers, what truth is in common between believers and unbelievers?
"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" - 2 Corinthians 6:14 (ESV)
"Dear Lord, are there areas of my life am considering connections contrary to your will? Thank you for the reminder from your Word today. Give me wisdom in choosing partners for Life’s work, projects and anything I may put my hands to. I want to follow God's instructions and seek His best blessings for my Life in Jesus' name, Amen."
