Day 251 Bible Reading: Isaiah 1-2, 2 Corinthians 10, Psalm 52 and Proverbs 22:26-27 
Did you know there are seven olive trees more than 2,000 years old still bearing fruit today in the Mediterranean? We, like David, can also stand strong, firm, and fruitful if our trust is in the right place. Trusting money won’t help, trusting our heritage won’t do it. God loves us so much and gave His only son Jesus to die for us. Now we are his children. God set his seal of ownership on us. He put his Spirit in our hearts; this is the guarantee of what is to come. We all need to trust in God’s unfailing love, and you will be flourishing!

"Dear Lord, thank you for planting me in your kingdom. I know I can flourish in your unfailing love. It is so promising and so surprising. Make my life count for you today in such a way that it will still be bearing fruit in 2000 years like those olive trees. In Jesus' name, Amen."
