Day 290 Bible Reading: Jeremiah 30-31, 1 Timothy 2, Psalm 87 and Proverbs 25:18-19 
In "The Five Love Languages," author Gary Chapman suggests that people may give and receive love in several primary ways – physical touch, words of affirmation, gifts, acts of service, and quality time. If we plan to practice the love of God, we may need to adjust our methods to meet the needs of those to whom we are ministering. Perhaps our neighborhood elderlies don't just need a meal, but also need someone to listen to them. Maybe cleaning the toilet may be more loving than bringing home another rose. Love meets felt-needs.
