Day 327 Bible Reading: Ezekiel 46, 1 Peter 2, Psalm 119:33-48 and Proverbs 28:8-10 
The Psalmist delighted in obeying God's commandments and expresses this often in the Psalms. What an example for us! Jesus told us that if we loved him, we would keep his commandments. But the sad truth is that many in the church do not like to obey God's commandments, many believe that they are not under the law, so don't need to keep the law. They are out of the law, and under grace. Jesus said clearly that "As Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commandments and remain in his love. (John 15:9-10) Yes, you are not under the law, his grace saves you, you are under his grace, but if you want to remain in his love and grace, keep Jesus' commandments as Jesus does the same to our heavenly Father.

"Lord Jesus, we love you and want this to be reflected in our obedience to your commands. Help us to obey you not out of fear but out of love and our relationship with you. In Jesus' name, Amen."
