Day 330 Bible Reading: Daniel 3, 1 Peter 5, Psalm 119:81-96 and Proverbs 28:14 
Overly sensitive people are hard to be with. They take unintentional offense or a casual word spoken out of turn as a personal sleight - causing themselves and others grief. Therefore, we need to be alert, and of clear-mind, it is just to avoid petty disagreement and argument. Peter here wants all believers to focus on spiritual warfare, be sensitive to what an enemy is going to do. Be alert, stand firm in the faith, whatever happens, let's your agape love and mercy overcome evil scheme.

"Lord, heal me from my wounds and hurts so Satan cannot attack me.
