Day 335 Bible Reading: Daniel 8, 1 John 2, Psalm 120 and Proverbs 28:23-24 
Whom did you place your confidence in only to find out later it was all a trick? Is your life messed up because that trusted person lied to you? The Psalmist knows the path back to personal spiritual health lies in asking God for help. You'll do better if you turn that anger into forgiveness and getting close to God, for he is the judge overall. Have you lie to others, or have you not kept your promises to others? Have you disappointed others?

"Lord, I am choosing to move toward You. I can't continue living as I have. I need your help to change, and may you guide my way. Help me to forgive if I got hurt. Help me speak and act in love, In Jesus' name. Amen."
