Day 342 Bible Reading: Hosea 10-14, Jude 1, Psalm 127 and Proverbs 29:12-14 
This proverb highlights the necessity of discipline in the home: parents are to discipline, train, and correct their child with love and relationship. Our children need our discipline. Discipline starts with giving them love and time. Give our children your time. Time is time. A child who is well disciplined, well trained will provide parents with peace, joy, and honor. Discipline our children without love is hurting them. There is no true love without discipline. "The Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.” (Hebrews12:6)
"Discipline your son, and he will give you rest; he will give delight to your heart." – Proverbs 29:17 (English Standard Version)
"Father God, I understand that a child by human nature is wayward and ignorant without discipline, training, and teaching. Give us the wisdom to train our children in the way they should go, and help us to give them our time to build a relationship with them. Help me not out-source disciple to a school teacher, helper, or others. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
