Reflection
Imagine a small seed planted in the ground. It looks tiny and insignificant, yet God makes it grow into something far greater. That is how giving works.
Paul used the example of the Macedonian believers, who were very poor and faced hard times. Yet they gave with joy even beyond what they could afford even begging to help others. Paul writes: "their abundance of joy and their extreme poverty have overflowed in a wealth of generosity" (2 Corinthians 8:2).
Many people think only rich people can give or be happy. The Macedonians show us this is not true.
Giving is not about money. It is about grace and a heart that trusts God. When you give cheerfully, you are planting seeds that grow. You are joining His work of caring for others. Your simple gift can bring joy to others and thanksgiving to God.
Give with joy, even in small ways. Trust Him now and watch His grace overflow.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for Your grace. Give me a cheerful heart and use what I have to bless others that brings glory to You. Amen.
