Modern life is hectic and we tend to be occupied with many tasks and deadlines. We are easily absent-minded even with the truly important things, such as Jesus' perfect love towards us. May we be reminded that we love because Jesus first loved us.
Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You deeply for the unconditional love that is shown when Jesus died for us while we were still sinners. Lord, connect us daily to Your love so that we can be strengthened in facing our daily challenges. Lord, just like how Jesus sacrificed Himself for us for the sake of love, help us to follow His example in loving one another with such unconditional love. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
