The eagle is a symbol of strength and spiritual sight. That’s the picture of God’s people.
In your life, you may feel tired and weary. You may be burdened by problems. But God can revitalise you and grant you renewed strength. Through His Spirit, He can give you His power and ability. With faith in God, we will have strength and stamina and, like the eagle, we can rise to great heights. Just as the eagle uses the wind to propel himself up and through a storm, we can depend on God’s power to fly through the storms of life. Just wait on him.
Gracious Father as we are facing difficult situations with all the pressures in life, we wait on You to renew our inward, upward and onward strength like eagles so that we can soar up high through the storms of life. Help us not to grow weary to serve You all the days of our life. In Jesus' Mighty name, Amen.
