King David was the most successful king in Israel, but he was not spared from difficulties and pain. When he cried to God for help, the Lord put a new song in his mouth. David testified about how good God is and how God had delivered him.
When you are fearful, God is still faithful. He has a promise for each of your problems. He will turn your cries to a new song to Him when you put your trust in Him.
Lord, I trust You because You are more than able and willing to deliver me from my enemies. Right now, I will take the step of faith to praise and glorify You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
