When I heard the news recently that someone had to decide whether to have her legs amputated, my heart sank and I struggled with how one can face those circumstances.
Then a still small voice said, "Isn't My Grace sufficient for you?"(2 Cor 12:9) , and an image of Jesus on the cross, suffering in agony for all of us, appeared. Tears welled up as I was reminded of how great His Love is towards us, we can always have hope in Him despite life's hardships. His Great Love flooded my heart, and tremendous peace came and covered me again.
Dear Father, thank You for giving us such hope through Your Son Jesus Christ. Through His peace, we can stay positive, strong, and healthy in our minds because You are the one who guards our mind and soul. Thank You, Jesus!
