We all get moments, days or seasons where we feel we’ve ran out of energy, motivation and drive to continue doing what we do. We grow tired and weary, not wanting to do anything and even questioning our purpose, losing focus on our heaven sent lives. But the Lord promises that those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength! Don’t lose hope, renew your spirit with God’s presence, let the Holy Spirit minister to your hearts and you will be able to get up and run again!
Lord, I pray that You will renew the spirits of those who’ve grown tired and weary. I pray that we will be awakened, filled and renewed by You daily so that we can be motivated to sit less and move more both spiritually and physically. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
