Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach, and to have power to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons.Mark 3:14-15 (ESV)
We see here Lord Jesus calling His disciples to be with Him and then sending them out, entrusting them with His mission. In the same way, JESUS our Lord has called us to HIM. HE is sending us to share the Good News of His Kingdom to others, empowering us with the Holy Spirit. Therefore, go and tell everyone the good news that His Kingdom is near. As you go, take your brother with you, be an example by loving one another, together heal the sick, cast out demons, bring people to JESUS’ salvation.
Lord Jesus, help us see the needs of the people around us, to bring Your love, peace and salvation to a hurting world. Amen.
