We often only find out a person’s true character by staying with them. When my family came to HK, we stayed with my wife’s grandmother who was not a Christian but we saw that she was a good and kind person. A few years back she had a stroke and ended up in hospital unable to move at all including her eyes and mouth. We tried to visit her every week and very time we would tell her Bible stories, with the hope that although she couldn’t speak, that she could hear. One day we asked her to accept Christ by squeezing my finger. Amazingly she did and not long after she passed away.
Father in Heaven, however impossible the situation is, I pray that You help us to share the Good News. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
