From the beginning of our lives, we imitate people who surround us. When we grow up, we look at our father and copy him. Personally, I remember I was doing many things like him in my daily life. He was like a reference to follow during my youth.
As a father, we are in a position in which, whether we like it or not, to be imitated by our children. It is our responsibility to live a life that affects and positively impacts our children’s lives, to be an example through our faith and actions.
Lord, thank You that You set up an example for every father in the person of Your son Jesus, that we can imitate Him in our lives. We pray that every father lives a Christ-like life for their children to imitate . In the name of Jesus, Amen.
