Let’s remember to listen to our grandparents sharing their experiences with a kind of admiration and astonishment. Through it, they share what they learnt, how they grew wiser. We all have to respect our elders and learn from them.
As Christians, we need to seek wisdom from above (James 3:17), to live in righteousness (Romans 14:17) by faith. Having white hair when we become old is a symbol of the blessings that we receive by run a good race of following Jesus.
Lord, help us to be gracious in sharing what we have learned over the years to make disciples for Your glory. I pray that we may embrace every season of life as an opportunity to mature in the faith and grow closer to You. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
