Life is all about choices. I faced my reluctant time years ago when logical solutions couldn’t help me resolve my family issues. I had to decide to either take a leap of faith to trust in God’s Word to guide me through the storms, or to power through with my own self-reliant efforts.
“Am I not chosen to face my cross just as Jesus did? When and how will I live it out as I believe?”
Thank God! My faith was tested but heightened at my toughest moment, for God was with me every step of the way. I held fast to Romans 8:28 “God works all things for the good of those who love Him”. His promises are always “Yes and Amen”.
Dear Heavenly Father, You are a good and faithful God. Thank You for carrying us through our storms and teaching us to put our faith in Christ and no one else. Help us to live faithfully and courageously making godly choices all the days of our lives. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
