The mission of God to bring His Kingdom on earth, and reconciliation to free people from sin and death starts with Jesus, completed through Jesus, and ends with Jesus.
We have three options in responding to God’s command of the Great Commission: to go, to send, to stay – each decision requires personal conviction – to be a "go-er”; while we must go, it is also important to be "sent" through the Body of Christ, where there is teamwork and obedience involved in giving generously to support the missions, and also to discern in prayers whether the calling to evangelise and make disciples is one you pursue to "stay” at home or overseas.
Abba Father God, thank You for blessing and equipping us so that we can engage in the missions as one Church helping to preach the gospel of Your grace, forgiveness and redemption through Christ, for all nations and tribes to come and worship You, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
