In any good relationship, conflict or disagreement is inevitable. I thank God for putting me in a group of Christian friends consisting of seven beautiful ladies of different ages and characters. Despite our differences, we have shared good stories, laughter, tears, and many conflicts too. An authentic and good friendship has developed after being together for so many years.
At times, disagreement arise out of nowhere, but we are able to settle them when we are together. Every Friday, we worship God, and as we agree together in the Lord, our disagreements begin to shrink until they disappear. In Thessalonians, we are called to rejoice in the Lord in every circumstance, pray, and continually give thanks to God, for this is His will. Through the years, we have matured spiritually and progressed together. Conflicts have become less frequent and have added to the beautiful story of our friendship. As nothing can ever separate us from God’s love, we will always be united for His glory.
Father, we give You thanks in all circumstances. Whenever we are in conflict, help us and teach us to agree and rejoice in the LORD at all times. In Jesus Christ's name!
