For I know that through your prayers and the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will turn out for my deliverance, as it is my eager expectation and hope that I will not be at all ashamed, but that with full courage now as always Christ will be honored in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

Instead of feeling unjust, angry and/or fear, Paul is able to rejoice in his imprisonment because he is able to use the opportunity to proclaim Jesus. This is inspiring.
I feel so blessed that I am not living in a place and time where I would be persecuted for my belief in Jesus. However, I often find that people (sometimes believers) will give me a strange look when I share the many wonderful and miraculous healings of the Lord that happen in the ICA Healing Rooms or my personal experience of the goodness of the Lord. Over time, I have learned that I would rather be looked down on or criticised, than not take every single opportunity to proclaim the gospel and the good news of the Lord.
Lord, please increase our strength, courage, wisdom and knowledge in accomplishing Your will. Help us to grow in our faith, continue to praise, glorify and honour You in whatever situations we are facing, and use every single trial to honour You and advance the gospel. Let us fully implant in our hearts that whatever our circumstances, to live is Christ and to die is gain. In Christ Jesus. Amen.
