Reflection
If we are not in Christ, we are never free. In Christ, we are freed from eternal death, from a life of sin into freedom in Him. We are freed from being children of the devil to become children of God. Before having Christ in us, we were also slaves in the world in our own professed freedom. This freedom is defying God. It is so essential that this truth be known. It is so important to let pre-believers realise that we do not only have this life. Our spirit lives on, eternally. This life right now determines our eternal destination.
Prayer
Father God, what freedom we have in you! The freedom You give is for Your glory. Thank You for bringing us back to You. We are to bring more with us. When we have the freedom in Christ, we are victorious. Amen!
