Reflection
Romans 8 offers one of Scripture’s strongest assurances. Our confidence does not come from our own strength, but from the unwavering love and completed work of Christ. Because He died for us, rose again, and continually intercedes for us, we can face any challenge without fear.
Years ago, I met with a client who was determined to prove we were the wrong partner for their local team. Before the meeting, I prayed, and this verse came to me with unusual clarity. I entered the meeting with a peace not from preparation or self-confidence, but from knowing God was with me. The meeting ended with the client not only satisfied but eager to continue the partnership.
Fearless living is not about proving ourselves — it is about trusting the One who goes before us. As we overcome challenges, our lives become testimonies to glorify Him who has already secured the ultimate victory.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for Your love and assurance. Deepen the roots of my faith that I may stand firm and face every battle knowing You are with me and interceding for me. May my life reflect Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
