Reflection We often think of freedom as having no rules, but true freedom is actually about having the right connection. We were designed for an "abundant life"—not just surviving or checking off a list of successes, but living in the deep peace and security that God intended from the start. When we try to find satisfaction in things like money or status, we end up feeling more trapped and disconnected than before.

Jesus offers a way out by dealing with the root of our struggle and inviting us to "abide" in Him. This isn't a one-time event; it's a daily rhythm of trusting His Word and letting the Holy Spirit guide our steps. Just like a branch gets its life from the vine, we find our strength and joy by staying rooted in the truth of who He is.
