Reflection
Have you ever been so overwhelmed that words wouldn't come? You might even feel guilty and not know how to pray. But here is the truth: you don't need perfect words.
Paul says we don't know what to pray for as we should—not to scold us, but to comfort us. Our weakness is exactly where the Holy Spirit meets us. When your heart feels too heavy to pray, the Spirit steps in. He translates your tears, your sighs, your very silence into a perfect prayer before the Father.
The Father knows your heart, and He knows the Spirit's prayer aligns perfectly with His will. You don't have to perform. Just be honest. Just be still. The Spirit will do the rest.
Prayer
Father, thank You that we don't need perfect prayers. When I have no words, I know Your Spirit prays for us. Translate our groans into petitions before Your throne. Help us rest in the assurance that You hear us. Amen.
