Ways to serve
In addition to attending Alpha, we are also looking for volunteers to serve and support this important ministry. If you feel called to be a part of the Alpha team, here are a few ways you can get involved:
Facilitators
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion for pre-believers
- 
Recognise the importance of clear and thoughtful communication
- Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Commit to follow-up and support participants even after the main programme
Front Desk
- Greet people with a warm, welcoming smile that puts them at ease
- Exhibit a genuine love and care for people
Food Coordinator
- Take responsibility for the logistics of food preparation, serving, and clean-up – including packing up any leftovers
