Tithes and Offerings

"You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God."
- 2 Corinthians 9:11-12

tithes_and_offering_envelopesJesus himself emphasised the biblical principle of giving that it's more blessed to give than to receive (Acts 20:35). God desires for us to be blessed and prosper in every aspect of our lives: in health, in wealth, in relationships, in everything. Let's work with Him and allow His floodgate of blessings and provision to overflow by putting actions to your faith through giving. We should give what we have decided in our hearts to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7).
